The Delhi city’s  importance lies not just in its past glory as the seat of empires and magnificent monuments, but also in the rich and diverse cultures.  In Delhi, you will discover that the city is sprinkled with dazzling gems: captivating ancient monuments, fascinating museums and art galleries, architectural wonders, a vivacious performing-arts scene, fabulous eating places and bustling markets.
Jawaharlal University is also known as JNU, is a public central university in New Delhi, India.  JNU was established in 1969 by an act of parliament. It was named after Jawaharlal Nehru, India's first prime minister and was founded by Indira Gandhi, (Nehru's daughter), and G. Parthsarthi was the first vice-chancellor. The objective of the founders was to make the university a premier institution of higher learning and to promote research and teaching leading to the increasing engagement of its students and teachers in higher level academic work and national and international policy making.

Now a day’s admission procedure is going on in the university and there are various hotels located near JNU.  It is located on  New Mehrauli road  which is very close to Vasant kunj and Vasant Vihar.  Some very famous hotels near JNU are Indira International Inn which is a 3 star property.  Hotels located near JNU are offering  student discounts as the admissions are going on inside the University.  It is important to remember some of the dates for the admission in JNU which is mentioned below for the reference.
